Ingredients:
For the cake:
• 1/2 cup butter, softened • 1 cup sugar • 2 large eggs • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 2 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 cup brewed and cooled Blackout Blueberry Crumble Coffee • 1/2 cup sour cream • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
For the crumble topping:
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9-inch square or round cake pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Alternately add the flour mixture and brewed coffee to the butter mixture, beginning and ending with flour. Fold in the sour cream, then gently stir in blueberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

I came across this brand, thanks to Steven Crowder, and his collab with them with this new brew, Strange Animal. This brew was delicious! It tasted clean, and strong just how I like it. Excellent flavor; I love a good bold coffee, and this is it!
I tried this flavor because Bilbo’s long lost nephew in Tennessee kept saying it was great on his YouTube channel. He was right and the flavor is nice without it being too sweet.
I’ve struggled to find a coffee that really gets me going. Like I can really drink four or 5 cups of coffee ( my mug holds like 4.5 cups) and go to bed but brutal awakening, well it’s a game changer, and let me tell you I LOVE IT & IT LOVES ME BACK!!!
