USA Shipping

Blackout Coffee Co. ships Monday through Friday, from our facility in Florida, US. All coffee is freshly roasted by hand and is shipped from our facility within 2 business day(s). For shipping itself you should expect the shipping carrier to take 1-5 business days to deliver your package. You will receive a shipping notification email, which includes your tracking number, once your order is shipped.

The flat rate shipping fee is between $6.95 and $8.95 for orders below $75.

NOTE: All orders will ship via USPS, DHL, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier will depend on your location and the weight of the package. If you need a specific carrier you must select it at checkout! 

Note: during holidays and sale events, shipping may get delayed.

Handling is 2 business days regardless if you choose a 2-Day or Next Day shipping option.

FREE Shipping

We offer FREE shipping for the 48 Contiguous States in the USA on all orders of $75 or more. Coffee Club (aka subscription/recurring) orders ship FREE.

Coffee Club Shipping

Coffee Club Subscription orders ship FREE for the 48 Contiguous States in the USA. Coffee Club currently not available in these US States & Territories:

  • Alaska
  • American Samoa
  • Guam
  • Hawaii
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Puerto Rico
  • Virgin Islands

Coffee Club subscription orders may be cancelled or pause up to 48 hours prior to Your subscription date.

International Shipping & Customs

Effective 6/14/2023 we no longer ship to CANADA and/or other countries. Only U.S. and territories including APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

Order Cancellation

One-time purchase can be canceled if it has not gone into fulfillment. Orders marked as "Fulfilled" NO longer can be cancelled.

Coffee Club subscription orders may be cancelled or paused up to 48 hours prior to Your subscription date.

*NOTE: All purchases and order changes made by customer and/or staff are recorded (date/time stamped) for transparency.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our coffee, as all of our coffee is roasted to order for peak freshness. Due to its perishable nature and food regulations, coffee cannot be returned for credit or refund.


We only accept returns for unused items; exchanges are not available, such as apparel and mugs. Please note that returns will only be accepted if the items are unused. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise. Be sure to return all merchandise (excluding coffee) within 30 days of the purchase date for store credit or a refund. Exchanges are not available. Original shipping fees will be deducted from the credit or refund.


The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.


Special edition coffee, gift boxes, and custom products (including specific grind preferences) CANNOT be returned.


Pre-ordered items are non-returnable and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Lost Shipments

If a shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS, UPS, Fedex, DHL,...) and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the customer and the delivery confirmation shows "delivered" then our guarantee has been fulfilled and we will not reship free of charge.
