Blackout Coffee’s wholesale coffee program is ideal for quality gun shops, police stations, fire houses, medical facilities, military, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, hotels, grocers, churches, breweries, caterers and corporate clients.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!
PLACING ORDERS
Wholesale orders can be placed online and purchase orders will be submitted for review, to confirm the data, calculate shipping costs and to ensure inventory availability.
FAST TURNAROUND DELIVERY
Your beans ship within 1-3 business days of roasting. Your order arrives 3-5 business days after we ship, on average. Shipping is via FedEx or UPS and it is calculated upon purchase order approval.
TERMS OF SALE
Credit Card: Many of our customers prefer to pay by credit card to streamline the bookkeeping associated with their purchases. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Bank Transfer: Payment via Zelle or ACH is easy, fast and most times at no cost to you. Please reach out to us to pay via this method.
Checks: Check payments are accepted, but orders are held for release until payment is received.
RESALE CERTIFICATE
Coffee beans, loose leaf tea and cocoa powder are not currently taxed in Florida. Resellers of Blackout Coffee Co. gear, such as mugs and apparel, must provide a copy of their current resale certificate. Wholesale customers without a resale certificate on-file will be charged tax on non-coffee bean products.
