What is the Premium Reserve Drop?

Premium Reserve Drop is Blackout Coffee's exclusive monthly premium roast subscription. Each month can feature a reserve roast, a seasonal return, an early-access roast, or another limited premium drop curated for Blackout fans, plus occasional free gifts and surprise extras.

What can I receive in my drop?

Your monthly drop can include premium roasts, reserve coffees, seasonal returns, early-access releases, limited runs, and occasional bonus gifts or sneak peeks. Gifts vary by month and are not guaranteed in every shipment.

When do I get billed and when does it ship?

Your subscription renews automatically on the 1st of each month. Orders ship during the monthly drop window, and you'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on the way.

When do I need to join to get this month's drop?

Join before the 10th of the month to receive the current drop. Orders placed after the cutoff roll into the next month's drop, and the next renewal is skipped so you are not charged again before your first shipment arrives.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes. You can manage, skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime before the next order processes from your customer portal.

Is there a membership fee?

No. There is no separate membership fee. You only pay for the monthly drop you subscribe to, and free shipping is included.

How is Premium Reserve Drop different from the old Roaster's Choice of the Month Club?

The old Roaster's Choice of the Month Club followed a more traditional roaster-of-the-month model. Premium Reserve Drop is built as a more exclusive monthly drop with curated premium roasts, surprise gifts, and sneak peeks created for Blackout Coffee lovers.

Is the Roaster's Choice of the Month Club still available?

No. We are sunsetting the Roaster's Choice of the Month Club and moving customers into the new Premium Reserve Drop experience.
