Unhappy but try again !

First purchase was good , 2nd purchase not good (order#396451) order date 6/17/24. I sent a message thru website and not received a reply. I was hoping for a replacement as the Covert Ops was good 1st time so ordered again. It was a fine grind 2nd order compared to a coarse grind 1st order and left a bad after taste with the fine grind. Thanks fir your help with this issue.

Cold Brew

I'm not loving the flavor and it seems weak even though I followed directions on my cold brew maker to make it strong. This is only my first time making cold brew, though. I may play around using less water and see if it gets any better.

This cold brew is GREAT! I was making one liter at a time but we were finishing the brew and having to wait on another. I have since started brewing two liters each day! So smooth its like drinking a cold hot mocha - chocolate.
