To honor America's 250th Anniversary, we created Liberty Barrel Roast, a special release crafted from premium Nicaragua coffee and carefully aged in genuine 15-year Kentucky bourbon barrels before roasting.
The result is a rich, remarkably smooth coffee that captures the character of the barrel while allowing the quality of the coffee itself to shine.

Liberty Barrel Roast opens with rich caramel sweetness and warm vanilla notes imparted by the bourbon barrels. As the cup develops, layers of toasted oak, brown sugar, and subtle baking spice emerge, creating a remarkably smooth and complex experience.
The medium roast preserves the natural sweetness and balance of the Nicaragua coffee while allowing the barrel-aged character to shine. The finish is rich, smooth, and slightly whiskey-like without containing alcohol.
Every cup captures the essence of freshly emptied American oak bourbon barrels while maintaining the integrity of a high-quality specialty coffee.
