Blackout Coffee Co. Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
By joining and participating in the Blackout Coffee Co. Affiliate Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Affiliate Guidelines
Affiliates are expected to promote Blackout Coffee Co. in a professional, honest, and compliant manner.
Affiliates may NOT:
- Run sponsored or paid advertisements on Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or any other advertising platform using Blackout Coffee Co. branded terms, keywords, misspellings, or variations.
- Bid on Blackout Coffee Co. branded keywords or search terms.
- Direct link paid ads to our website using affiliate links.
- Compete directly against Blackout Coffee Co.’s advertising campaigns.
- Use unauthorized coupon codes or misleading promotions.
- Use deceptive, false, or misleading advertising.
- Represent themselves as employees or official representatives of Blackout Coffee Co.
- Use coupon/deal websites unless approved in writing.
- Sell Blackout Coffee Co. products on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, TikTok Shop, or any other online marketplace without prior written authorization from Blackout Coffee Co.
Commission & Payment Terms
- Affiliate commissions are paid on qualifying completed sales only.
- Commissions may be reversed for canceled, refunded, fraudulent, chargeback, or policy-violating orders.
- Payments are issued between the 5th–20th of each month for commissions earned during the previous month.
- Minimum payout threshold is $100.
- Balances below $100 will roll over to the following month until the payout threshold is met.
Blackout Coffee Co. reserves the right to:
- Adjust commission rates
- Hold commissions during investigations or policy reviews
- Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for violations
Compliance Monitoring
Blackout Coffee Co. actively monitors affiliate traffic sources, advertisements, promotional methods, and account activity to ensure compliance with program policies.
Sales generated through unauthorized coupon, deal, cashback, loyalty, rebate, browser extension websites, or recurring subscription renewals are not eligible for standard affiliate commissions and may receive reduced commissions, reversed commissions, or no commission at Blackout Coffee Co.'s sole discretion.
Violation of these Terms may result in:
- Commission reductions or reversals
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent removal from the affiliate program
FTC Disclosure Compliance
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all FTC disclosure requirements and must clearly disclose affiliate relationships when promoting products.
Duplicate Accounts
Affiliates may maintain only one (1) account. Multiple accounts owned or controlled by the same individual, household, business, or entity are prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of commissions at Blackout Coffee Co.'s sole discretion.
Program Changes & Termination
Blackout Coffee Co. reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
