Did not receive, poor customer service response

Ordered this keychain, but it was not included with my order. Customer service offered to ship if I placed another order. Huh? You mean to tell me I have to make an additional purchase in order for my original order to be fulfilled? Unacceptable. Asked to return entire order. Was told my keychain would be shipped, still waiting. No problem, will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. This company claims to be pro-veteran. I'm a veteran. Customer service sucks.

It’s a key ring! Nicely made and rugged. Gave it to my son for his first car. He likes it better than the girly keychain that came with the car. Too bad he doesn’t drink coffee.
