BOLD,BUT NOT BITTER

Blackout Coffees are roasted in small batches. The 1776 blend is bold, not bitter, with a deep flavor & a slight nutty finish. It is truly consistently delightful every brew! Brewtal Awakening 🔥

I’ve struggled to find a coffee that really gets me going. This is some of the best coffee I ever tried. I’m a medium blend coffee drinker and everything I tried from Blackout Coffee has been exceptional. I like that Blackout support the 2nd amendment and support 2nd amendment organizations and 2nd amendment content creators. Unlike some of their competition like Black Rifle Coffee who have been known to donate to the party that comes after our 2nd amendment rights Blackout Coffee invest in organizations and content creators who fight for our rights. If anyone reads this review and is a Black Rifle Coffee drinker I say give Blackout Coffee a try. I’m sure you’ll like it. Then I would say leave Black Rifle Coffee and switch to Blackout Coffee and give your business to a company that truly supports our rights and don’t slip money to freedom taking politicians behind our backs. Coffee begins with anticipation. No matter what you might be doing, you know that; come hell or high water; your hot tasty cup is the next item on the agenda.
My all time number one go-to coffee is Blackout Coffee Company’s GOA Medium Roast. This coffee is as smooth as the proverbial baby’s ass. No bitter oils or harsh acidic compounds to confuse and confound your waiting taste buds. Just enough caffeine to wake you up but not so much that you vibrate through the day. In this particular persons mind: Perfect.
I have a subscription: 5 pounds automatically delivered every 8 weeks. It brings me fresh roasted beans and supports Gun Owners of America with every purchase. Now THAT is a win-win strategy if ever there was one!

The Ingredients:
40g (1.4 oz) fresh roasted Blackout Coffee Co. medium roast GOA whole beans: ground about half way between medium and fine.
475ml (16 oz) fresh cool SW New Mexico well water
85ml or so (2.9 oz or so) heavy whipping cream

The Method:
Heat water to 85 C (185 F) or 3 minutes microwave on high
Combine with ground coffee in an AeroPress XL
Stir to assure complete wet-out of the coffee grounds
Install plunger and steep one minute
Press all the goodness into the AeroPress carafe
(time to clean up the AeroPress (<1 minute); then it won’t be waiting for you when you finish your coffee)
Mix the coffee and the cream in a 710 ml (24 oz) mug with a frother (I use a little battery powered unit)
