Amazing tea

It’s not conventional but I love my tea to steep in room temperature water for 4-5 hours—1 teaspoon of this tea makes 12 ounces of full flavored tea. Best tea I’ve ever used. I make it daily around noon so I can enjoy with supper.

Some what disappointed. A little bitter. Been drinking EB Tea for 65 years+~. Hard to find loose leaf tea. I was really hoping this was the place. This was the reason I bought two bags.

I have been buying the tea for over a year. I like it very much and have gifted some to others. My order was missing one of two bags. I notified the company, and they wanted pictures and proof. How can you prove something is missing? I felt they accused me of lying and that did not set well. We went back and forth and they agreed to send an extra bag with the next order. We will see.
