Overall I am very happy with this hat :) I prefer it over the previous hat that I bought from BCC, which was all black, and had an elastic band. That one was nice, but it did tend to pull very tightly to my head, and often left 'crease' marks on my forehead. No such problem with this one, since it is manually adjusted. This one also has a little more height inside, which helps the top of my head breathe. And that is great, because I wear a hat 10-12 hours a day at work. The only thing I would change about this hat, is to get rid of the metal button on top, which the previous hat also has. Those are always a bit dangerous. It would be better if the top of the hat was plain, or had a little piece of Velcro for an I/R patch. Just a thought ;)
