I bought a few of these mugs for xmas and gave them away. Enjoyed the smiles everyone had, and I had to order other to use at work to replace my current mug!

I bought this cup as a Xmas gift for some family. I was given the business for I gave it to 3 people. Then I am being told how they love their cup. How their cup is getting used daily. Also, how it is a great cup for that dunking cookies into. I will be buying more for myself.

I know I'll like the mug because I got the Pro Life, God, Gun mug, but this review is about customer service. The first On Duty mug I received had a chip in it and I contacted Blackout Coffee. They requested a picture of the mug and my receipt. I sent it and a replacement must is on its way. Blackout Coffee was quick to respond and take care of my situation. Thanks for your help. I love your coffees.

These cups are perfect for everyday use. Well made. I have, so far, bought 3. One for myself and 2 for my sons. They make excellent gifts when giving coffee.
