Our current shipping promise is that most orders ship within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Our coffee is roasted in the USA and packed to deliver a fresh, bold coffee experience.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log into your Blackout Coffee account to view your order status and tracking details when available.

Why has my tracking not updated?

Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package. If tracking has not updated after several business days, contact our support team and we will help look into it.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Do you offer free shipping?
