Working on A New Coffee

Justin has been in Chicago consulting with a coffee shop there.  Now that he's back, he's been experimenting with a killer good El Salvadoran Blend that he's just been raving about.  Like a winemaker, Justin tastes all the component coffees together in different combinations.  He's hit upon a great formulation of three different beans.   We've been busy finding a replacement for the world-class Hartmann Honey process we've been offering on ROASTe.  He's getting close!
