Our Brazil Roast Wows

"Three Hearts" natural process bulk coffee from Brasil, one of the base roasts of Black Tie, is a simple, super chocolate coffee with hints of caramel, and allspice. It's not a bright and rests well on the tongue.

We are talking about it because people have a mistaken idea about coffee "blends."  Most blends are a few really greats that are "cut" with beans of much lesser character.  Deep Cello, on the other hand, combines multiple "first-growth" coffees to create excellent roasts that have gotten great reviews on ROASTe!  

We also want to announce that we have made our signature espresso, Deep Cello "Bossa". It's made with great green coffees that come from Brazil. Give it a try and let us know what you think!
