My First Blog Entry at ROASTe

I finally upgraded my Gaggia Baby to a Quickmill Anita. What a difference! Anita is a heat exchanger machine (compared to a single boiler Gaggia) with a E61 brewing group. I am now able to produce better shots with more repeatability. I am also in the process of upgrading my Rancilio Rocky to a pre-owned Mazzer Super Jolly. We'll see how much difference that will make. In the meantime, Gaggia Baby and Rocky has been moved to office, so I can brew a couple of doubles "during normal business hours".
